As you can see in the top picture, a small cut was created yesterday. You can see it in the distance. There was no additional development as of this morning.

Of course, the tides around the Treasure Coast will vary from that shown for the Fort Pierce Jetty area shown above.
It looks like Isaias will be hitting the northern panhandle as a minimum hurricane around Friday night or Saturday morning.

Listerine bottles are a pretty common type of bottle to find on 20th century sites. They can help you to date the site. Although it was developed in 1874 as a surgical antiseptic, it didn't become available over the counter until 1914.
Here is perhaps the most useful thing for a detectorist to know. Listerine didn't adopt the screw top bottles until somewhere in the 1935 - 1937 range.
Bottles older than that, such as those shown below, are fairly common finds.
