Here is a bottle I need some help with.  This is the second one of these I've found, and I thought I researched it before, but can't find any information on it.  I don't know if I ever learned anything about it.

It is embossed Long Distance and on the heal, A. M. DODGE, INC.

It shouldn't be hard to find information on that, but all I've found so far is one seller on ebay called it a beverage bottle, and it does appear to be that.  Any help on Long Distance, or the A. M. Dodge Company would be appreciated.
