Head of the Chełm branch of the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Lublin, Paweł Wira, told PAP that the dagger was most likely made in the Bronze Age, between 1600-1300 BC.,,
Wojciech Werus from the 'Wolica' Association told PAP that the discovery was made on April 23 this year by a member of the association, Grzegorz Rękas, who conducted the search with a metal detector.
'We were returning from the search and a colleague came across this object. The object was lying shallow, literally a few centimetres below the soil surface. It was a miracle that we managed to extract it', he explains.

The world is now likely to breach a key climate threshold for the first time within the next five years, according to the World Meteorological Organization, due to a combination of heat-trapping pollution and a looming El Niño.
Global temperatures have soared in recent years as the world continues to burn planet-warming fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas. And that trend shows no sign of slowing. In its annual climate update, the WMO said that between 2023 and 2027, there is now a 66% chance that the planet’s temperature will climb above 1.5 degrees Celsius of warming above pre-industrial levels for at least one year.
As temperatures surge, there is also a 98% likelihood that at least one of the next five years – and the five-year period as a whole – will be the warmest on record for the planet, the WMO reported....

Always check the methodology. This one depends heavily upon a climate model for the headlined results.
Here is a chart from another article on the same subject.
Notice that the rapid increase they are talking about is shown only at the very end of the graph and includes the period 1850 - 2019. That is the only time period for which they have serious actual measurements to work with, but they also relied upon a model to come up with those numbers.
How did they measure the world temperatures 24000 years ago? Whatever estimates they used, the error could easily be huge as compared to the figures obtained for the very small part of the chart showing the "alarming" increase they are talking about.
There is always an error factor in science, which is something you have to consider to evaluate the reported results. In this case the error factor is undoubtedly very large.
Here is the second source.
I am not suggesting that there is no global warming. It is safe to say that there has been warming since the Ice Age. How much of that is due to fossil fuels is the question, and they present no evidence on that question. Sort of funny thinking about the many ways that fossil fuels enabled the collection of the data over in the most recent centuries.

If you didn't know better, you'd think the movement of so many people, including many young single males into barracks-like housing in all of our major cities, would be to get ready for a CHAZ-like takeover of all our major urban centers.

The Treasure Coast surf is flat. Great water hunting opportunity.
Very hot for beach hunting during the heat of the day.
Good hunting,
