Chain and Clasp Eyeballed in Public Place.

I was on a public area where thousands of people were congregating the night before.  I was looking over a fence bordering a garden area when I noticed the golden glint of the piece of chain, shown above.  Knowing to look around some more, I also saw the separated claw, also shown above.  (Disregard the other piece of fluff that got into the photo.)

That is just another reminder that you can find things anywhere people have been.  

I haven't tested it yet, but the point is the same.
