Recent Finds by Mike T. and His Girlfriend Erinn.

Hello from Stuart, Mike T here. Debby‘s recent winds certainly open up a few spots locally. I saw the other reader commented on the south wind and how that opened up a spot for him.  It is a fact that when we get a strong south wind here it opens up tiny holes on the beach and you just have to find them, but they generally produce some quality targets.

   My girlfriend, Erinn and I got out Monday and Tuesday in the Jensen Beach area. While she has become an avid treasure hunter with her Xterra Pro, she even more so enjoys finding fossils and sharks teeth and lately we have been finding a lot, especially with the turbulent waves we had the last few days.

  I was able to secure a few nice pieces of jewelry on Jensen Beach on Tuesday at the low tide, but she had the privilege of finding a great white shark's tooth in beautiful condition with amazing colors! She was so excited she came running down the beach to me. I thought she found a big diamond ring lol. Even better than something like that she had in her hand this beautiful tooth.

    We have been finding quite a few sharks teeth lately on Stuart beaches more than in past years, so keep your eyes open for sure when you’re out there you never know what you’ll find!

After looking at the photos Alberto submitted the other day, I figured there would be shark teeth to be found.

Yesterday I posted a mystery object and asked for thoughts and opinions. Mark G. sent the following pictures of mop handles and said the mystery object looked like an old broken mop handle.

Last year I posted that Disney was losing it. If you aggressively followed up on that, you could have made some real good money.  The Disney parks are having fewer visitors, and the common stock continues to drop. 

Below is what I posted on 7/11/23.  

For me, the thing is that Disney has simply lost leadership in the creative arts as well as parks and customer relations. Notice the numbers for the new, but tired old Indiana Jones movie compared to Sound of Freedom, which brought in much more with much less invested.

I mentioned Disney's dropping performance in several 2023 posts.
