Written by the TreasureGuide for the exclusive use of the Treasure Beaches Report.

Frederick Douglass Beach Friday Morning.

I went out this morning to see how the beaches were developing after the front came through and the surf increased.

Above is Frederick Douglass beach.

At Frederick Douglass and John Brooks there were a lot of aluminum targets on the beach front, but also some heavier lead targets.

You can see the footprints above, but the sand was pretty firm near the low tide water line. There were shells under not deep under the sand.

You can see how high the water was at last night's high tide. It was pretty high. There is a lot of sand that got pushed up at John Brooks.

Turtle Trail Friday Morning South of Second Flag Pole.

Turtle Trail was not eroded this morning, but there were a few signals coming from the swash area.

Very little of the blue bag material was showing - almost none.

The surf is supposed to be just a little higher tonight.  The winds and surf are mostly from the east.

Good hunting,
